The Super Inframan

The Super Inframan (1975)

A scientist creates a superhero to fight against unfrozen prehistoric people/monsters/demons. The rudimentary costumes and special effects and the disregard for logic make the film feel charmingly child-like. And unlike most of the highly-budgeted fantasy movies that Hollywood would produce decades later, this one has imagination and a sense of fun. That being said, I wouldn’t call it good. It is at times unintentionally funny, and it’s not very exciting (the hand-to-hand fight scenes, which are too frequent, lengthy, and dull, do not help).
