Spartan

Spartan (2004)

This image doesn’t really tell you anything about the movie.
I just like pylons and highways.

A secret service agent searches for the missing daughter of a prominent political figure. Things turn out to be a bit more complicated than they seem.

Downbeat, unpredictable mystery plays like an anti-thriller, but still provides thrills in spite of itself. Written and directed by David Mamet; his usual economical, offbeat dialogue is a little too dry for the genre.
